To Shannon and the staff at PoolSense,

 I wish to thank you and your staff for the outstanding service I have received. Your knowledge, patience and understanding is second to none. It is so good to know that when I come to your business, I will always be greeted with a smile and no matter how big or small my problem is ,you will be there supporting me through it. It is refreshing to have someone trying to save me money and time, whereas in the past I quite often walked away from a store feeling like they just wanted to sell me more chemicals. I will be recommending you and your business to everyone who has a pool. I have nicknamed you “The pool Guru”, a title you have earned completely.
