A "No Flow" error typically means the chlorinator's flow sensor isn't detecting water moving through the cell. This can be caused by a dirty filter, blocked basket, faulty flow sensor, or salt cell issues. Bring it in or book a call-out and we'll diagnose it same day.
A quality salt cell typically lasts 3–7 years depending on usage, pool chemistry and maintenance. Cells that run in poorly balanced water (especially low salt or high calcium) can fail much earlier. We can test your cell's output and advise whether it needs replacing or just a clean.
We give honest advice here. If the pump is over 8–10 years old, a simple seal or impeller repair may only extend it a year or two before the motor fails. Modern variable-speed pumps are also far more energy-efficient and can pay for themselves in electricity savings within 2–3 years. We'll walk you through the numbers honestly.
