Advice on this site, including pool care guides and calculator results, is general information based on typical Illawarra conditions. Every pool is different. It is not a substitute for a water test or an inspection of your specific pool and equipment.
We keep the site accurate and current as best we can, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors.
Quotes and pricing
Service prices are quoted individually because every pool and job is different. A quote is valid for the period stated on the quote itself. If we find additional work is needed once a job is under way, we will tell you and get your approval before doing it.
Services and workmanship
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law. If something we have done is not right, contact us and we will fix it.
Products
Products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where one applies, in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights. Always follow the manufacturer's directions and safety information, especially for pool chemicals.
Chemical safety
Pool chemicals can be dangerous if stored or handled incorrectly. Dosing suggestions on this site are general in nature. Always read product labels, store chemicals safely away from children, and never mix chemicals. If in doubt, call us before dosing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your Australian Consumer Law rights, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the general information on this website, including the diagnostic calculators.
